The discovery of small metal cristals as compounds of human nervous system distributed over the whole brain led scientific investigators to the construction of theories about the sense of those structures. Initially the magnetite cristals have been related with mental disturbances, epilepsias and tumor cells but the comparation with similar nerve cell compounds in flying and swimming animal species led to the conclusion, that the metal cristals form part of an highly developed human orientation system with enormous capacity to measure invisible environmental signals such as magnetic and electric fields, ultrasound as well as probably still undiscovered signals for interspecific communication. The Fe3O4 - cristals so maybe can be considered as `our antenna or feeler`.

Modern medical examination techniques and security technology work with machines that generate intense magnetic fields, much stronger than existing in nature. One example is the modern magnetic radiography apparatus MRI or MRT. But an powerful and oscillating magnetic field would begin to move our antenna system that is highly sensible to magnetism. What happens to our `magnetic cristals` when they are exposed to magnetic fields of 1,5 o 3 Tesla or even higher experimented magnetic tensions until 12 Tesla ? Would the magnetite cristals begin to swing around in our brain and generate brain tissue damage ? Where is the frontier of endurable magnet field intensity that leaves our brain undamaged ? Which degree of damage can regenerate our brain by itself ? These questions will clear up this investigation proyect of CID started in spring 2010.
